Liontown Resources  

Jagcor was awarded the concrete supply and install package for Liontown Resources Kathleen Valley – Lithium Tantalum Project. EPCM for the project was Lycopodium.

Main works were completed in December 2023 but Jagcor continued to assist Liontown with various miscellaneous works until final demobilisation in February 2025.

Jagcor’s scope included the construction of large concrete structures for the main processing plants – including mill base, Primary Crusher ROM Wall and Fine Ore Bin Suspended slab.

A total of 13,000m3 of structural concrete was supplied, delivered, and installed for the project.

Conditions and specifications were challenging – especially given the prevalence of hard rock and the 3000LM of micro-piling requirements for concrete foundations. Peak manning was over 120 workers. On the same project, Jagcor also completed the concrete works for GR Engineering (GRES)’s – Backfill Project – Paste Plant (1500m3) and Zenith Pacific Energy’s 5xWind Turbines, Power Station and LNG Facilities (5000m3).
